Be careful, don't give them your money, they'll disappear

Gave them money for lumber and framing of a garage build.
They disappeared and won't return my messages. I went to the lumber place and they said their cheque bounced. I've sent messages to kindly sort it out, do the job or return the money and they're not responding.
I will wait....
