Ordered retractable screen after many requests for final cost and delivery time which in retrospect should have been a flag.
Delivery was finally confirmed for mid August with understanding that I would receive Insurance and WSIB required for Condo approval, after a week of back and forth they cancelled the order and refunded my deposit as they could not provide the WSIB. Had they been honest from the beginning I could have ordered from an alternate company
