It's rare to find a professional who is as good as Ethan. He's professional, honest, on time, thoughtful, researches the best parts I needed, checks and double checks his work and leaves the worksite clean.

Ethan came out in a timely manner and assesed and thoroughly explained the repair process. He replaced the mix valve connected to the hot water tank which was defective and caused not to have much hot water. Very pleased with both the prompteness and efficiency of the service repair. Would recommend his company for any plumbing issue or repair.

Ethan came out to review a clogged drain, fixed the problem and gave good advice should similar problems occur again. He was fair with his pricing and I couldn't be happier with his service.

Ethan came and helped me unclog my kitchen sink and replaced a diverter spout in my tub. Ethan provided great service - Called when he was on his way and arrived exactly on time, delivered great service according to his quote he provided over the phone and was very friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. I am a detailed oriented person and appreciated the time Ethan took to answer my questions. It’s also great to get help from someone who is clearly passionate about his craft.

Ethan was prompt in responding to my request for a quote. He asked probing questions which allowed for diagnosis of the problem to be done prior to him arriving at our home. We were having problems with our water heater and once he identified and ordered the part from his supplier, he arrived quickly to solve our problem. Ethan was courteous and friendly and has great customer service skills. I will recommend him to anyone who is in need of a plumber in the future.

We had a leaking faucet in the kitchen on January 29, 2020. Our son recommended to call Ethan because he was impressed with the work Ethan did at his house sometime ago . Ethan came to see the leakage on February 1 and advised us to get new faucet .
We bought a new faucet and Ethan came to install the faucet on Wednesday February 3, 2020.
Ethan was very prompt , he came on the date and time he promised to come . He was efficient , professional ,reliable and provide a clean workmanship .
We highly recommend Ethan to everyone that needs a plumbing work .

Not only did Ethan discover that we could have the cost of the $300 replacement part covered under warranty (14 years later) he also provided efficient and friendly service that got the job done!
