20 year old Maytag washing machine stopped working for the first time ever. If it lasted this long without one glitch, we were willing to take the chance that it might last another 20 years with one repair that cost a lot of money.. but we decided it was cheaper to have it fixed then to go through the hassle of buying a new (cheaply made) washer and having it installed. Thanks Kamal and Johnny for the great service.
