Service call cost approved before the visit. You are just not happy because you spent money to diagnose the fridge that you will throw away. Customers are becoming more and more unreasonable and feel entitled to leave a negative review just because they paid a service call. Shame on homestars for letting such people easily leave invalid and useless reviews that has nothing to do with how professional a company is and the quality of service we provide.

Sorry you feel this way, but your review is false and does not reflect the truth. You were quoted on the diagnostics fee upfront for 2 appliances to which you approved. Upon arrival, both appliances were diagnosed professionally and one of them had the model number scratched/peeled off. Without a model number, it is very difficult to find the parts, yet we explained we will try to find the parts with the supplier. You rejected the quote before we even provide it. We didnt quote you $680 to repair your dishwasher, the quote was $480 including parts and labor so your review is very misleading. Also, we advised that you dont have to repair it now but in time you may need to replace it. So we were honest enough to advise you not to go ahead with the repair right away and just take your money. Its very disturbing how customers dont appreciate honest advice and try to knit pick on anything to find a reason to leave a negative review.Not sure why you left a zero star, when you were aware of initial visit upfront and hid the fact that your 15 years old dryer didnt have a model number to order the parts. Im sorry but we dont take negative reviews lightly specially when its tarnishing to our business without a real and solid reason as to why you left this negative review. Hiding facts and manipulating the truth will only result in negative consequences.

Work might be fine but poor communication
This customer has decided to leave a bad review after over 2 months of work being done in his condo apartment that has a dishwasher that had issues with drain that we repaired successfully.
He had another issue that he didnt mention with the water inlelt ( his tenants never infomred him or us about the second issue) and when we became aware of it, we advised him that the plumbing for it is very old and will need a plumber to uninstall it due to rigid copper installation ( very old method) and afterwards we can come and repair his water inlet. All communication was done in timely manner opposite to what he said that we ignored him. We are well known for being very timely and efficient with communication with our customers.
This customer is trying to retaliate after over 2 months by making up stories and defaming us to feel better about himself which is totally unacceptable. we pride ourselves in providing exceptional service to all our customers and communicate everything in timely manner.
