Beau and assistant helped diagnose the dishwashers problem and also fixed up our dryer venting.

Answered all the questions I had with patience.

A two-appliance visit, they arrived early in the appointment window, fully prepared with everything needed to solve the problem without requiring a second visit or having to go get parts. They explained the problem and the cost breakdown clearly.

Dowell Equipment Services communication is clear and concise. They work in a timely manner and they do a thorough inspection all while providing all of the appropriate and important details. The Gentlemen in which I had service my appliances were pleasant and efficient. I have had three appliances serviced by this company to date, and all three were fixed at a reasonable cost. I would most definitely use Dowell Equipment again if need be.

Amazing service on two back-to-back issues

Amazing experience, from administration through to diagnosis and repair. Our dishwasher was leaking and, shortly afterwards, our dryer had an issue. For both cases Dowell was friendly, helpful, quick to arrive as promised, and did a thorough, professional job in diagnosing and fixing the issues. Made sure it was done completely and done correctly. Highly recommend!

Amazing Service!

Beau came the day after I called to look at my gas oven that wasn't working, and he immediately diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the repair. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who is having issues with their household appliances.
