Needed a quick upgrade to my kitchen floor in order to list my house. Claudio and his team removed 45 years of accumulated flooring quickly & tidily before laying new porcelain tile. End result was fantastic! I couldn't have been happier with Magnolia. They provided great advice before the project and consistently did what they said they'd do - including sticking to a tight timeframe.
