My dryer venting had fallen out of the ceiling, and upon closer inspection I saw that it had never been installed correctly (above and inside the ceiling!) . The guys installing the new dryer said they were unable to fix it, and that I would have to cut a hole in the ceiling to get at the venting. They said that the builders had used duct tape instead of tin tape, which eventually heated up and the venting fell apart. Luckily Pamela from Radian Home Comfort came the very next day just to see what the problem was. She was so helpful and was able to reach up through the hole in the ceiling and fix the problem with tin tape! She then put everything back together and back in place. She was so knowledgeable and helpful that I got to look at another unrelated problem (a tub drain problem) which took her about two minutes to hammer out and straighten, but would have cost me getting a plumber. She saved me so much money not having to cut and re-stipple my ceiling. Very glad to have found someone reliable and knowledgeable! I highly recommend her!
