All I can say is WOW!
I had contacted Apex in hopes of surprising my wife with new lighting for our home. She has always wanted Christmas lights professionally installed and I too have always wanted Architectural lighting.
From the moment I reached out to Apex Impressions, I was greeted by Janet in a professional and friendly manner. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns while walking me through the initial process and was more than happy to join in on my scheme of surprising my wife.
Janet set up my next step which was to meet with Philip onsite, he accommodated my timelines (my wife not being home) and was just a pleasure to talk with as we went through my vision for the project. Within a day of his visit I was sent an exact estimate for my job with a break down of all the different options that we had discussed in detail which made it easy to follow and understand.
The next step was to schedule an install date. Lynette was all over it and made sure they accommodated a date for me when my wife wouldn't be home.
The day arrived and the two gentlemen who installed our lights were professional and totally willing to work through inclement weather to get the job done on time. In fact, Lynette who had helped with scheduling the install made a special trip out to my home with the unexpected but necessary parts to complete my install before my wife's return.
Finally, although the total cost was just outside my budgeted amount for the project, I knew I had to figure out a way to move forward with it and I'm sure glad I did! My wife was happily surprised with our new beautiful lighting; I don't know why waited so long to get this done!
I highly recommend Apex Impressions and their Gemstone line of products. The lights come with an easy to use and understand APP which the guys from Apex took the time to walk us through.
