We had Sam and his team renovate our upper floor including two bedrooms and a laundry area with custom cabinets, raising the ceiling with exposed beams, a large window, skylights and redoing our leaky roof.
As soon as we met, he had great suggestions on how we could achieve the look that we wanted.
He provided us with a reasonable quote and timeline and was always quick to respond to any questions we had.
His team worked hard, were efficient, and flexible to anything we needed.
They did an amazing job, and we are really happy with how it turned out.

I needed a prefab shower unit removed and a tiled shower installed in my basement bathroom. Sam of STS Homes gave a reasonable quote and time frame for completion of the work. The quote clearly explained the work to be done, the amount required as a deposit and payments required as work progressed. He provided electronic photos of other shower jobs so I had ideas of tile size and color options. I narrowed down to subway tiles for the walls and white with gray veins for color. Samples were brought to my home for final color
selection. Sam did a great job coordinating when workers would be at my house and kept me informed. The workers were professional, polite and strove to keep the surrounding area clean. Occasionally I was asked to make minor decisions on the work and I would ask the workers to explain the pros and cons of the options. I always felt they were knowledgeable and sincere in their answers.
The work was completed on time and I am very pleased with my new shower. I would definitely recommend STS Homes.

We had a problem of water spilling over our eavestrough above our front door, soaking us in warm weather and creating a dangerous patch of ice in the winter. STS Homes replaced the leaf guards and constructed a water dam to divert the water across the roof.

STSHomes also updated our attic insulation and installed ventilation fans in the bathrooms. The work was excellent.

I am so happy with the entire building experience for my deck!

I had a clear vision of what I wanted (a wrap-around step, space for the existing air conditioning unit, and a cutout for existing grapevines) and they were able to deliver exactly what I pictured. They also gave the best suggestion I'd heard from a couple contractors about how to access my outdoor faucet, by bringing in a plumber to extend and then bring it vertically up above my deck.

The price and turnaround time was the most reasonable by far, and Sam was always quick to answer my questions and let me know if there were any changes or delays. I highly recommend STS Homes for your next backyard project.
