I was referred to Kevin by my son who is a home inspector. It was immediately obvious that Kevin is quick to respond and answered every question I had as they came up. He took care of everything from start to finish, including consulting with a structural engineer, preparing drawings, submitting builders permit, scheduling location services for underground utilities and ordering my door and window of choice. He skipped nothing in ensuring he would be prepared for construction day. Kevin communicated scheduling clearly and was mindful of all considerations throughout, such as neighbours, noise when excavating and cutting through the concrete, and what would be happening on each day of construction. Kevin and his team were professional, personable, clean, organized and hard working. The entire process was a breeze with Wallace Construction leading the way and the completed job was perfect. They left the area like theyd never been here to begin with and were conscientious about keeping things tidy throughout the entire project.
