Do Not Trust This Company with your Repairs
Wallace Construction does not honor their word or their "lifetime warranty". My brother had hired him to repair cracks in the basement wall that caused water to leak and spent over $1200.
When I asked Wallace Construction about this crack, Kevin said it cannot be repaired twice, and asked me to spend an additional $2000 to fix the problem that was supposed to be fixed the first time.
Now I have called a legitimate basement repair company for the job, and have to pay them.
When I threatened the Wallace Construction with a negative review, they offered refund me $250 but that he couldn't pay immediately because he was out of work due to Covid.
However when I suggested he increase his refund amount for not posting a negative review, he said he needs to look at his repair job, and that he couldn't come before because he was "swamped with work" (even though he was out of work from Covid)
During the initial conversation he did not ask to come see the original crack, he refused to repair it under warranty and said the only way to fix it was to pay an additional $2000
If I could I would rate them -5 stars

- Company Response
As per our conversation last Thursday afternoon, I apologized for the miscommunication and am wanting to make things right. Unfortunately, it is not best practice to refund a customer without being given the opportunity to correct the issue first, in which I am ready and able to come by at your leisure to rectify your concerns. I stand by my work ethic and have no hesitation working with you to sort this out. Should you wish to resolve this matter with me directly, please give me a call. I welcome and would appreciate the opportunity to correct your experience with my company. Thank you.
