SUNREADY LANDSCAPING took on our landscaping project, which included installing new interlocking, constructing a new deck and beautifying our landscaping. A special thank you to Jordan and Sean, who ensured that the work was done with care and attention to detail. Sean also made sure that we got to view the various interlocking options before committing to the purchase. Their crew was very polite, always showed up
on time and worked very, very hard to complete the job carefully and without delay, which was very refreshing, considering some of our past experiences with companies. I had a terrible experience with this company for my Christmas light installation. Last year, the lights were poorly installed, and I was left disappointed with the quality of their work. This year, they sent me a new quote that seems unusually high, even though Im providing all the materials myself. When I called to discuss the price, the woman at the front desk, Tracey, was extremely rude. She refused to listen to my concerns and continually tried to justify the inflated price without actually addressing my questions. It felt like she was more interested in pushing me to accept the quote than in understanding my perspective as a customer.

I also got the impression that the owner of the company is dismissive of customer concerns, which adds to my frustration. Their lack of consideration for safety and customer satisfaction is concerning, especially for a service that involves working with electrical installations. Im very disappointed with their customer service and will be hiring a different company for my lights this year.

Decided to refresh the front garden and eliminate some high maintenance plants. Appreciated the direction and honesty from Sean that provide the quote and Tracey that reviewed the final plant inventory.

Sunready was amazing to deal with. We had a job that required fixes from prior work that was improperly done. The previous contractor was hired to remove our old planter and replant cedars in a bed of river rock and install proper backyard drainage (first picture was before any work was done). Unfortunately, they did not realize the amount of work involved to replant the cedars and left them as is which was not even with the rest of the backyard. The drain pipe was not even properly installed as it was not deep enough in the ground, nor properly measured as it was protruding from the ground. They didn't even have enough river rocks to cover the cedars and drainage pipe. The only thing they did was remove our planter and dispose of the waste. (second and third picture shows their shoddy work).

After letting the previous contract go, we hired Jordan and his team who were exceptional. They understood our ask and were clear about what they could do to fix the situation. They reinstalled the drainage pipe by digging the proper depth and cutting to the proper length so it would be completely below ground, dug out the cedars to replant and level it with the rest of the backyard and used larger river rocks to cover the ground which looked great. The price for the job was so reasonable that we were even able to budget the removal of a weed tree! (fourth picture shows the final work)

They were punctual, communicative, listened to our concerns, professional and highly knowledgeable which gave us the confidence to trust them with the task. Would highly recommend them!

Sunready Landscaping are the professionals to use for your Christmas Lighting needs. They do it all, keeping wiring to a minimum while keeping their work neat and tidy. The best company weve used in our nearly 6 years in The Woodlands of Camelot.

As always, Sunready had my holiday lights up promptly! They even accomodated my request to have them up earlier so that we could celebrate Diwali before the holiday season kicked off. The team is always courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend.
