I had Mun doing a cleaning service for my condo. He was on time and did a great job. Offered to come back the next day to catch a few missed spots. Very impressed with customer service.

Service was good cleaner was polite and friendly did all that I asked. I would call again for cleaning if necessary.

Mun came on short notice (next day) to do a move out clean. It was a small 800sqft home but he is beyond reasonably priced ( others quoted me 3-4 times more) did a great job and fast. Would highly recommend.

In January 2020, our condo site was trying to find a cleaning contractor that was willing to to clean dog urine that contaminated an owners balcony from the above rental unit.

BCJJ Cleaning Services was the only contractor that was willing to clean/disinfect the balcony properly without interfering with the balconies below. Mun, the owner/operator responded right away & accommodated the owner’s request to clean even though the temperatures were brutally cold. He only charged what he originally quoted which was a fraction of what all other cleaning companies quoted. Besides all other known cleaning companies would only pressure wash the balcony which made no sense to spread the biohazard to the units below.

I will definitely refer to Mun for any future work needed at our condo site.
