Air not working on Friday afternoon
Called for service and tech within two hours
He diagnosed the problem as a defective fan motor and would order it and probably get it on Monday. He called on Saturday saying the part was ordered and when he got it he would be delivered on Monday.
He called Monday and said he would come back to instal it
He came and installed it.
I was impressed with the service. The quality of his work

Responded very fast when our a/c broke down on a Saturday morning. The tech arrived by 1pm and it was cleaned, serviced and fixed within an hour. Great job.

We had an issue with our ac, which stopped working on a Sunday afternoon, of course. Phone call to Aire and within 4 hours we had a service man at the house, who had installed the 2 units in May, and he is exactly who you want , experienced, great job done, and working perfectly.

Called AireOne when my AC stopped cooling. I did a little troubleshooting myself and the tech was super helpful explaining the problem and the fix. Had a defective part, he went and got it and returned to complete the fix the same day. He even explained how they test the system. Super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

I was preparing to leave on a trip. Two days before the trip, on the weekend, the water heater sprang a leak. Aire One had installed the water heater, as well as an air conditioner, in 2014. When I called Aire One they didn't have any technicians available to do the work right away and suggested I call someone else. I called another company who sent a representative over. They gave me a price of $3500 which seemed ridiculous to me. I told him no thanks, and to go away. Unfortunately had to pay the "inspection" charge. Called Aire One and asked the price to install. I was given the price of $2600 over the phone (based on their knowledge from the first installation) . $900 less than the other company. They did the install and we have no problems. Very professional.

Mark was excellent. He made suggestions for long term maintenance of our equipment. Also suggested potential replacement equipment should it be necessary.

Technician Mark was incredibly friendly and meticulous during the maintenance of my Carrier furnace and A/C unit. He demonstrated honesty, neatness, and professionalism by thoroughly vacuuming the furnace and cleaning the A/C unit. Aware of my deafness, he effectively communicated with me by writing notes and utilizing the Live Transcribe feature on my smartphone, explaining how to control humidity levels in summer and winter for easier and more precise management.

I am awarding 5 stars for this fantastic company's care and service.

The technician was on time and very professional. He explained the procedure as he worked. He also gave good tips on how to maintain my AC unit.

We called early AM with no AC during recent heat wave. Complete emergency for us. Asthma sufferers and its a health risk. They came quick and fixed the issue faster than we had imagined. Very friendly and amazing service. We will definitely reach out to them again for maintenance and repairs. We originally bought this AC from this company and got great service which is why they are out go to for maintenance . Cannot thank them enough.
