Thanks for taking the time to review us. Your kind words and loyalty is greatly appreciated. We try to keep our prices down as much as possible. The last few years we've added tons of things from equipment, to tools and striping kits, to office staff and management, to tech and systems to make the service as valuable and helpful as we can. The price increases should stop or decrease. Unfortunately the cost of running a landscape business has doubled over the last number of years from inflation and rising costs in our industry and we can't run away from that stuff either.
However as we grow to become the largest in residential maintenance we hope to be able to keep our prices to the exact same year after year, being able to look past inflation thanks to loyal clients and a high number of homes in every area and taking advantage of economies of scale as we grow.
We will always do our best for you. The more clients you refer in your neighbourhood the more it helps!

Took Responsibility and made it right
Glad we figured things out to make you happy Al. That is our number 1 goal at all time, to make clients happy and provide them the best service and experience possible.
We've made some additions to our service to better outline exactly how the service and full experience works. We did make some errors and we were facing tons of equipment and parts issues along with other covid related issues that were difficult to overcome.
But we did and were able to make clients happy as usual and I apologize you were not one of the happy clients in the month you were with us and I wish we could have done better for you, but are glad we could make it right and give you your desired resolution to the issues.
