Highly professional installation
Platinum Electrical managed the installation of our 16-kW generator very well indeed. Mark took the time to fully explain the considerations regarding choice and placement of the unit. Later, he was understanding and helpful when we wanted to change the location due to an arborist’s concern about trenching in a tree’s root zone. Any emailed questions he answered swiftly and completely.
It was apparent from the start on installation day that we were in good hands. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, and tidy. At the end of a long day, the electrician demonstrated and described the generator’s workings in detail and answered our questions.
Each week when the self-diagnostic runs, I remember Platinum for their unquestionable competence and for being a pleasure to deal with.
