Like others, before hiring this company I looked at the reviews posted here on this website and was pleased to see the mostly positive feedback. Sadly, this was not even close to the case.
Be warned, do not use this company.
He quoted my neighbor and I for a fence back at the end of May including 6' posts and gates for roughly 4 grand total. He sent us online contracts to sign indicating he would start our job June 15 and have it completed within 2 days. We also had to pay half the cost up front to reserve our position in his construction cue.
No one ever showed up on construction day, and it took about another week for anyone to even come out to our homes to begin work.
On June 24 he finally came out and marked holes for an augering crew to dig. From that date until now (July 14), he has not returned, has sent no one else to complete our job, and is refusing to return our deposits.
Every request to have our money returned is met with a promise to do so that day or the next - and then nothing.
My experience is a direct one, but speaking on behalf of another contractor I've spoken to in the area, I learned that he had walked off on another job that they are having to complete for him. The contractor suspects that he has severely underquoted his jobs and does not have the money to continue or return to us.
Now my neighbor and I have been left with large posts holes in our yard which are a hazard for anyone walking through there.
We are having to resort to a civil claim against this company now just to get our deposits back.

This process has been far from an ideal transaction, and we feel clarity is required on why this project went south.
To be clear: Your deposit has been refunded now that we have received our credit on the material from the supplier, as we stated was the case when you requested it on July 13th. Our lead time for refunds from many suppliers can range from 1-5 business days. REFUND has been paid.
We lost our two main employees back in late May and have been trying to make up ground since that time through subcontractors and long hours. We are catching up but still have another 7-10 days to get the schedule back in line as promised with our many clients.
I can say this honestly; we have NEVER walked off a job and will take a loss on the project to complete it if necessary. We have been paid for all of our work. If a homeowner asked for tweaks to a project once we complete the project with another contractor, we have zero control over that. Sometimes, clients envision the final product differently than when it is started.
We have not underquoted any project and believe our rate of $43.50 per L/ft for this style fence is more than fair, and you must have felt the same in hiring us at said rate.
