This company was excellent from design to execution and completion. Our primary bathroom was completely gutted and rebuilt. Melissa worked with us on design to ensure our dream bathroom became a reality. Vic and his team executed flawlessly to perfection and on schedule. First of all Vic and Melissa Del Duco are the most helpful people we have met in this industry. In addition, Vic is extremely talented and creative and has turned our condominium into a gorgeous home. When we were unsure of what would be the right thing to do, Vic came up with a number of suggestions that would suit. He thinks outside the box and produces wonderful ideas.His work included, pot lighting throughout the condo, a gorgeous complete kitchen and bathroom renovation. He converted our extremely oversized dining room into an additional room for us while still incorporating room for our dining table. In addition to the work we contracted, Melissa went above and beyond for us, sourcing and buying lighting and small furniture items on our behalf. Any guests that we have had in our condo have been wowed by the result. We would highly recommend DelDuca Contracting and Renovations and wouldnt hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

DelDuca Contracting was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the start, they were organized and timely in constructing our deck. They took the time to discuss everything with us, addressing any concerns or issues that came up along the way. They always arrived as scheduled and completed the work without extending late into the night.

When a few issues arose after the deck was finished, we reached out to DelDuca, and they came out the very next day to resolve everything without any fuss.

We are absolutely blown away by the work Vic and his team at Del Duca Contracting has done for us. Our project began in March 2024 which consisted of a full home reno which consisted of demo, new hardwood flooring, electrical, pot lights, popcorn ceiling removal, new Kitchen and 2 bathrooms (ensuite and secondary) as well as painting of the whole main level.
From the first day Vic and Melissa presented themselves as very professional, honest, and both were a genuine pleasure to work with.
Melissa, our project manager, provided detailed weekly updates as to the current phase of the project and what stages will be next. We always felt informed and involved, which made the entire renovation experience smooth and stress-free. If any issue, concern, or question popped up Vic or Melissa was there to address it and have a viable solution.
The quality of workmanship demonstrated by Vics team surpassed our expectations. Their attention to detail and dedication to perfection were evident in every aspect of the project. Their team was courteous, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They showed up on time, kept the work area tidy, and went above and beyond to minimize disruptions to our daily routine as we both work from home.

Vittorio kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions and concerns.

DelDuca did an amazing job transforming our bathroom. They gutted and completed the renovation in a week.

Firstly, I must complement the company for its professionalism - the quality of the work done, the adherence to specifications, the timely completion of the project. Secondly, I have tro applaud DelDuca for its excellent and constant communication with me. This was extremely important since I relocated during construction and, as a person who has a disability, the positioning of items and accessories was very crucial to achieving the objective of creating an accessible bathroom space.
I have no hesitation in recommending DelDuca for similar projects.
