Rod installed some power outlets and a ceiling fan for us. On his first trip he realized that the box was not solid enough for the fan so he made himself available on a second day and strengthened the brace by crawling into our house's very narrow attic and got the job perfectly done. I do believe that his efforts were worth more than what he charged but he insisted on charging for the original quote although the scope got more complicated that he had expected. He is a great guy to work with. Thanks Rod!!
