Iconic Paving Inc

After years of procrastinating I decided to have my driveway re-paved. I had a quote from another company whose name will be left out but the sales tactics and the price stopped me. I saw a few of Iconic's projects in the neighborhood and decided I preferred their quality.
After contacting them with an immediate response, Roy came by my place and was awesome to deal with and we made a deal on the spot.

After choosing Iconic the other companies sales rep called me and started acting childish to the point where I blocked his number.

Iconic delivered an awesome driveway and his crew was fast and clean. I would recommend Roy and Iconic for anyone looking for this service.

We recently hired Iconic Paving to re-pave our driveway and to lay a concrete walkway at the front of our house and a concrete patio at the back. Spoke to Roy from Iconic and was given a reasonable quote for the whole job that was within our budget. Roy worked with us to arrange a suitable time to start the job, and helped us through the process of what would look good for our home and what we could afford. The whole job from start to finish was completed in an efficient and timely manner. The crew from Rock Hard Concrete and Iconic Paving were helpful courteous and respectful. We are thrilled with our new driveway, walkway and patio!!! Best looking house on the block!!!!

This is the second driveway that I have had paved by Iconic. The driveway looks great. Roy and his crew were professional and easy to deal with. The site was left very clean. I would use Iconic Paving again.

I got 5 quotes before I decided on Iconic. This was a complete removal of driveway (3 cars long) and install new asphalt driveway (3 cars wide) with pavers on both sides. The job was done well, the asphalt was thick and sloped away from the home. My advise to folks getting a new driveway is mark (stake) the boundaries of the driveway (top, side, bottom) and ensure square to the house. You will be the ultimate project manager so do your homework. Their crew is excellent and quick. I did have a problem with the pavers, some of the Polymeric sand came away during the winter of 2023 - Iconic sent someone to fix after a few months (they were true to their word). 2 of my neighbours had Iconic do their driveways and they were pleased + I drove to 2 completed jobs to see what they looked like. As I said, do your homework then less chance for surprise

Joe was great to work with throughout the entire project. From quoting us in the fall to updates during the project and the final walk around. Im confident he will return my calls if I need. He was referred to us from a friend who had a similar project completed. Their prices were competitive and work was timely (given its spring and weather is iffy). Very happy with the outcome and would recommend this company.

This review is based solely on my experience with Roy and Iconic Paving
I selected Iconic to repave my driveway based on my experience with Roy. He took the time to assure me and addressed all my questions and the job was done in June 2022. Everything was great until 2 weeks after the job was done. Then 4 cracks ranging from 3ft to 15ft appeared on the driveway.
I called Roy, I texted Roy and for weeks no response. I finally posted a negative review in google and got his attention.
In December he came and torched my driveway as a repair and told me if that does not work he will replace the driveway next year. Well next year has come and gone and Roy has completely ignored my calls and my emails.
He does not honour his warranty nor his word.
My advise is to steer clear, there are better options in the GTA
