We recruited Chris and his team to rebuild an existing deck, and cut a hole in the back of our house and add a second deck. Definitely not a small job but Chris was up to the task. From the initial conception of the project, to the finish line Chris was a pure pro. We threw some curve balls at him with some changes that we wanted, and he never skipped a beat. Just made it happen. The communication throughout the entire project was awesome, and the final result were stunning master pieces that we are proud to have attached to our home. reached out to Chris regarding a basement renovation. I was nervous, excited and really had no idea what to expect and of course had no knowledge really of the ins and outs of everything that doing a renovation entails. Chris walked me through in detail what the process would be like, gave me several options and really was thorough through the entire process. What had the cgm team build our deck. (45x14) They helped us come up with a design that we love. We couldnt have asked for better communication and service. We enjoyed working with them so much we had them come back and do our basement.

CGM came in as we wanted the stairs to the basement closed off with a door and to replace some closet doors. We also had noticed a leak in the basement coming from the upstairs bathroom. It was discovered we had water under the tiles and some mold so we decided to do a total renovation. The team did quality workmanship with an eye for detail and current decor. CGM has done various jobs for us in the past such as fencing, a beautiful deck, stonework and created a main floor laundry. We highly recommend CGM Contracting Ltd.

They coordinated with my siding guys to ensure that the wall supports for the decks were in the right spot, they were professional, courteous, FANTASTIC. Quality work and quality materials.
It was on time, on budget. The initial visit we talked over what I wanted, what would work and wouldnt work. Communication was great, both before during and after the installation

Hired Chris and his team after our deck was poorly built. They came in and had to re-do the deck to make it safe and to code. They walked us through the entire process, showed us the deficiencies and how they would be fixed. The showed up on team each day, had great communication, and cleaned up each evening. Our deck now get so many complements, and we have the peace of mind to know its safe and done properly. I would definitely recommend.
