Dano was so thorough in his inspection, and walked me through all the details while he was doing it. Dano took his time to explain what I didn’t understand. His final report was incredibly detailed and organized. I will definitely use Dano’s services again and recommend Pillar to Post!

I was suspicious that the air quality in my home was off and wanted to get it inspected by a licensed home inspector. Dano came within the same week as me calling and was very easy to deal with and professional. He explained beforehand what the cost and process was so there would be no suprises or hidden costs. He was very thorough while doing the air quality test and discovered that part of our problem was coming from our furnace room. There was bad drainage at the front of the home that was causing the concrete wall in the furnace room to crumble, leaving concrete dust all over our furnace room that was then being distributed throughtout the home. He gave us some DIY recomenfadtions on how to fix it and did a mold test as well. All in all he really took his time to make sure everything was checked, that we knew what steps to take to solve our problem, and then sent a very thorough follow up email explaining everything again.
