Victor was very responsive unlike most of others,
He actually called me first to discuss the work.
Also was very open about what and how he can and cannot do
He wasn’t cheap but I’d say it’s market rates in general ;however he wasn’t fussy about small additional tasks which popped up on the way like changing bathtub sealing which wasn’t in the initial list or fixing the shaky toilet
Used his services twice and very happy the job has been done
