Chilliwack
Steves Eaves Ltd. of Chilliwack was hired to install a 35 ft run of a new gutter on a drip edge of one section of the roof. The new gutter looked great! However, the first rain showed leaks in the installation. When requested to rectify the problem, Steves Eaves Ltd. asked for an additional payment stating I would not have guaranteed no leaks. When I refused to pay extra to make the installation complete, Steves Eaves Ltd. stated, Im sure you can find a professional that can rectify your problem and walked away. In my humble opinion, a new gutter installed by a trade professional should have no leaks, or at least such a professional should stand behind their work.
