I recently used Homestars to hire a contractor to perform some repairs in my apartment. Initially, I wasn't impressed with the people there because they have a reputation for overcharging and acting rudely when you ask for a price reduction. The owner of MMA Painting and Renos, Mikah, was surprisingly friendly and we were able to negotiate the right pricing. He also did an impressive job and was incredibly quick and professional with it. The work that was done was painting the entire living room, and fixing a hole in the wall and the result was incredible. I really enjoyed the service, and I'll definitely be back.
