Tip Top was very helpful and professional, I wasn’t in a big hurry and due to the Covid lockdown we had to wait but it was done today and I’m very happy with the work that was done. They were quick to respond to my emails and very nice. And the job turned out to be a bit more challenging by they continued and didn’t charge extra from the quote I was given. I would call them again if I need anything else done.

As a homeowner I care about price, labour and material
Tiptop gave me not only a good price but a very reasonable price for the work they did, and they kept to the contract price
The materials were very good and they cleaned the area and took away all the garbage
Where they really stood out was the workers, they were on time, worked well, had a good attitude
and did a great job on a complicated and difficult task.
As to using them again. I asked to do extra work and they give me a good price for the extras, and did a great job on them too.
