One of the electricians was rude and impolite I think his name was Tom or Mike worse glasses and old only concerned about the panel installation caused insects and pests to come into the house without regard of closing the door when coming into the house. From a franchise, there are better electricians out there than these people that wouldn't have damaged the property and brought pests into the house that I am still having issues dealing with after months of them visiting even after calling professional help to deal with these issues

Ran 2 new 15 amp lines for 6 plugs, new 240v line for heat pump, 12 recessed pot lights for garage reno, and installed a surge protector at the panel level. Everything done on time and on budget. Looking good and performing well, thank you.

From initial contact to completion of job, everything was done in a very professional, courteous and efficient manner. Steve explained everything that needed to be done, presented options with explanations as to which one would be the better choice. The work was completed on time, and was expertly seen to. Other items that needed to be sorted were also attended to, for which no charge was made. The quoted cost was the final cost. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Steve and Mr. Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done. I will be using them for any future electrical work that needs to be done in my home.

Steve and his team came in assest the problem, provided me with the problem, what needed to be done and the cost before starting. Once I agreed they completed the work and as promised everything was working satisfactorily. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.

This is the second time I've used Mr. Electric for work on my home and once again they did an excellent job. Rob, Ariel, and Steve worked over 2 days to upgrade my service to 200A. They made all the arrangements with Toronto Hydro for turning the power off, mounting the new mast, inspection of the job, and turning power on again. They even figured out a way to mount the new meter box without cutting major holes into the stucco, which I greatly appreciated. Once that was done, they hooked up an EV charger, again without cutting major holes. They were extremely pleasant to work with and even came back when I thought something had gone wrong (it hadn't). These guys are awesome. I will definitely use them again.

Last year I got Mr Electric Company through Homestars for installation of 2 smart thermostats and maybe an addition of electrical outlet if it didn't cost alot. The service man was unable to install the thermostats. But was able to add the outlet and replaced two flourescent light bulbs in basement. He initially suggested that I would need a new Panel board for the outlet but said he would work around it. This was done competently.
I was disappointed that the service man did not put the ceiling tiles back and left a mess on the floor. I am currently looking for an electrician to replace motion sensors but I remember this company and decided not to contact them.

I contacted Mr Electric to install electricity to my garden shed plus an extra 240 outlet in my garage and lighting in my basement. Greg came to my home and did a very good assessment of the work, answered all my questions, and provided a written quote. I ended up only asking for part of the work to be done, but it was still done exactly as quoted and in a very timely, professional manner. Steven and Farham did a great job with the installation and even helped do a bit of MacGyver-ing to get a light fixture I bought to mount properly on my front porch. Great service! Will definitely use them again.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Greg was quick to respond to texts, quick to schedule a time to come look at the work, provided a reasonable estimate and the final price was the same as the quote - no hidden fees or last minute changes. They were also on time and took the amount of time they estimated. All and all would highly recommend.
