Did not keep commitments or fix deficiencies
Most of the experience was good and so was communication but in the end George walked off the job, refused to fix some deficiencies and didn’t seal the grout in our bathroom properly which was a huge issue to deal with. He didn’t stand by his work or some of the trades he brought in and didn’t take care of damage his crew did to our new fixtures. I have had to spend a lot of extra money to fix the issues that were left behind. I really felt comfortable working with George at first but in the end he just let me down.
I tried to remedy the situation and he wouldn’t respond to any communication.
We held back $600 of the $70K+ job until deficiencies were handled. Have had to pay over $2000 to fix issues, so far.

Matt, you are the MOST Disrespectful client I have ever worked with and the ONLY client who has never paid me in full for the work I did. I've asked you numerous times to stop contacting me, Everyone of my trades felt disrespected by you. If posting a negative review makes you feel better after 8 months since we have stopped working - that's fine. For future clients who read this review. If you think that paying me, gives you the right to disrespect me and talk down to me - or my trades, like this client here, you are 100% mistaken. Once again please stop contacting us: you did not pay for the work we completed.
