I was referred by a friend to Simon and Shelley to build my residence in Toronto. I travelled all the time and therefore I need someone trustful and professional to handle my project. Simon responsiveness was even better than I expected. The longest for a return call or text was a couple hours, and I was always incredibly grateful for that. Shelley had so many design ideas which definitely brought the house to a different level. During the construction, most of the visits were done through video calls but I knew I was in good hands. I got my key then and the work was beyond my expectation. I recommend them without hesitation.

We were extremely happy with the professionalism of King West Homes during the whole renovation from giving us an estimate to walking through the completed project 2 1/2 months later.
Due to extensive water damage, we needed the basement, and main floor renovated. Shelley gave us an updated version of our home that blew us away, she listened to all of our requests and worked with us to implement our wishes.

Shelley is the most creative and talented designer that I have ever worked with. She put lots of thoughts into every design and listen to the customers’ needs and feedbacks. It took us 3 months to find the qualified builder for our 4800sf custom home in Richmond Hill Ontario. We finally decided to go with King West who has the highest integrity and the special quality of listening to the client's vision and translating it into a wonderful reality. 12 months construction period proved we made the right decision. Simon and Shelley are hands-on owners and they made the complicated process well organized and pleasant. They have us actively involved in the entire design process and we enjoyed it very much. Their attention for detail is a valuable asset and combined with experience contributed greatly to the beautiful results.
