Overcharged and my house isn't clean

Brought them in twice - once for a deep clean and then again for some specific items that were not done during the deep clean. $1400 later and I had to get someone else to finish the job. I asked them not to use my credit card for the second job until we had an agreement on what the work done was actually worth. They billed my credit card anyway. I will not use this company and I do not recommend them. There are many cleaning companies in the area. Pick one that will not defraud you.
