What a great experience working with Michael, Avtar, Ashley and the tradesmen. Thank you for taking our basement ideas and creating a space well enjoy for years to come.

Our project finished on time and within 10% of the original estimate. We are very happy with the project.

Michael and Ashley listened to our ideas, shared their own ideas and experiences and helped us navigate the layout of the basement. Michaels estimate included high quality products for flooring, tiles, vanities, pot lights and faucets. For instance we were able to pick any 12x24 tile for the bathroom or any 26 vanity. Wow! This meant we could focus on the options (and there were many!) instead of always trying to balance budget.

Before signing on with LevelUp, we visited their design center where we saw options that were included in our quote and Ashley spent nearly 2 hours with us to explain our package and clarify our questions. Of course there were many upgrade options too but we felt we didnt have to. After our visit, we had a very good idea of how our basement can look and what our budget limits will be.

Once the project started, our main contacts were Avtar and Michael. Avtar visited our house twice a week to check on progress and checked on us. We had a direct line with Avtar and hed answer our calls within a few rings. We felt he was always around and he would listen and action any of our asks.

We received our schedule with different tradesmen visiting us for various tasks. They all came on time, friendly, courteous and clean. Each team would clean up after their part is done and the trash would be removed from our house on a weekly basis to prevent trash build up in our garage. Our property, including the basement, the hallways and the garage was always kept tidy and clean. Everyone respected our privacy and took care to keep us in the loop.

Once floor covers were removed, we found a few defects on the floor and stairs from all the foot traffic. The tradesmen showed up as a team (4 people!) and fixed the issues within couple of hours. These damages are bound to happen so I was less concerned by them. However, Im incredibly impressed how quickly it was fixed and the care they put to make it look perfect. Michael and his team worked hard to make our project exceptional with great customer service. This is one of those examples.

Overall, we are very happy and thankful that we chose LevelUp for our project. We are looking forward to using our basement for years to come.
