I was so impressed with TOHO Garage Doors when I needed technical assistance for two garage door openers I purchased from them for my own home that I decided to hire them for a garage door and opener installation on one of my construction projects. Our double garage door was showing it's age. It was loud, heavy, faded and needed a refresh. We received a local flyer and saw the advertisements for garage doors. Made a number of calls and only Peter from TOHO picked up the phone and even though he was working the room at the homeshow at the time he discussed options and cost and timelines to a tee with me. He explained possible issues based on age of the home etc. When the guy came to measure he also walked through the process and explained everything on how it will end up working. They were so helpful, no pressure to work with. Their timeline was good and I even got bumped up a little due to another customer shifting their install.
The installation went extremely smooth the door is fantastic. We feel we made the right choice. Really happy with the product and the service from sales to install. Thanks guys!

Deserves more than 10 stars. Big plus for me is all garage doors are made locally. The price and quality of the doors are unbelievable! Took less then 2 weeks from getting a quote to having it installed. We noticed a huge different after the doors were installed, We can hardly heard the noise from outside in the garage when the doors are closed. These door are so well insulated.

I spoke to the head office of my interest of replacing my garage door and motor. I was assigned Mr Kan.
He came promptly on time and presented a few different options based on my choice. He helped us make great informed decisions. His input was very helpful. I gave my deposit to book the installation.
After the installation Mr Kan came and inspected the work, and fine tuned the belt drive, and even assisted in installing the two way voice garage camera and Helped make sure Google assistant worked as well. Kan arranged a follow up with the technicians to come back to fix a minor issue he saw.
I am very satisfied with this company and the level of customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.
