Install a Heat Pump with Linked Home they said. It will be easy they said. They will walk you through everything they said. I cannot tell you how difficult and frustrating this whole process has been! They don't answer emails when I've been asking for help. I'm going on 5 months now waiting for the auditor to submit the report in order to receive the loan that I applied for to pay for this. They promised me that they would walk me through the process. Once they walked out the door, that was the only walking this company has done for me. They asked me if I had enough room on my breaker. An electrician, I am NOT. I looked at the labels on the panel, I did not disassemble anything on the panel to investigate, and I assumed that since my existing furnace and such were being removed that I had there would be enough room on the breaker panel. A technician came and inspected everything and gave the green light. A week later when the electricians came to install everything, I was told that my breaker panel was not only full, but was not enough amperage for the air pump system!!!! So now I have breakers "piggy backed" and am not running efficiently with my electrical needs in my home! I have contacted Linked Home a number of times to have this major problem rectified and I have now been entirely ghosted. No one is answering my emails or returning my calls.
Bottom line, they say they offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed and say they will provide immediate service on all their equipment: FALSE!
