Brown's Shades

I am writing this Review for two reasons. Firstly, Moe did NOT ask me to do a review – in today’s world, that is very rare and refreshing. Secondly, my experience with Moe was so good, I wanted to let other shoppers know about this terrific Company – Brown’s Shades! I found Moe on the HomeStars’ Website and, after reading so many very positive reviews from satisfied customers, I contacted him to obtain a quote. Moe returned my call promptly and, even though this was a small job (roller shades for one set of sliding glass doors), he arranged to come to my home the next day. I was so impressed with Moe when I met him, I accepted his price and ordered the new Roller Shades on the spot. He was very professional, respectful of my husband and me and our home, and clearly knowledgeable. His price was very fair and I felt that I could trust him so did not see any point in obtaining other quotes. The Shades arrived right on schedule and Moe installed them without delay. The tight space on one side made the installation tricky, but Moe took the time and care needed to do a perfect job; his work ethic is impeccable. He also very kindly took the time to fix a long-standing problem I have had with a set of blinds that I purchased many years ago from another supplier. AND, he refused extra payment for doing that for me! The new shades look great and I’m very pleased with the quality. If you are in the market for new window coverings, you will not be disappointed with Moe. He is honest, hard-working and excels in customer service; in short, Moe is exceptional - a true Gem!
