Fast, efficient, friendly! Eric ordered and installed a new ice maker for my fridge over the span of just a few days. Came exactly when he said he would. Also saved me hundreds of dollars by sourcing just the broken wheels for my dishwasher rather than me having to replace the whole bottom rack as the manufacturer said I had to. Thanks, Eric!
