The service request was responded to right away& booked for yesterday the were excellent about contacting me and letting me know what their arrival time would be!! Apon arrival they put on blue booties and were extremely respectful. The problem was determined quickly and the parts were ordered!! Today ( the next day!) the parts have be replaced and its working! They were nice enough to also look at a long standing problem with my sub suzo fridge and fixed it on the spot!
