Eric was amazing! Very patient, explains the process, goes above and beyond. For my dishwasher install he came across an issue and resolved. Similar to my fridge waterline - he knew exactly what to fix. While the fridge was under warranty the previous repair personnel could figure out the problem. I would highly recommend Eric.
