Eric did a great job repairing a pulley. He cleaned the dust all around the dryer. He even helped with making my Dyson vacuum so that it could pick up the dust. He also snipped the hose to the dryer vent so that their is better drying. The dryer is working beautifully. Thanks Eric for your hard work and giving a fair price for the service.

My washer was not working and Eric came to fix it the next day, he was on time, very polite, with his face mask on. He found that the washer has a loose piece and quickly fixed. He also found that my dryer was noisy and he knew exactly the problem without even looking at it. He replaced the part and made the dryer like new.
