Had a rush fridge repair as the main compartment wasn't cooling properly. Eric from Best Appliance Repairs responded to the service request almost immediately and gave an overview of the diagnostic cost and procedures.

Eric was able to come check the fridge that afternoon, discovered the cause of the issue, and gave us an upfront price if we wanted to proceed. He had to return the following morning with the part required but spent at least an additional half-hour to provide us with a temporary fix while we waited for him to return with the working part.

Overall we were impressed with the service, communication and response time we received and would hire them again.

He was fast and was very upfront with the work and associated costs before he started any repairs. I highly recommend Arkadi and Best Appliance Repairs. He is very professional, called as promised 30 minutes prior to arrival, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. My dishwasher is fairly old, by today's quality standards anyways, so when it stopped cleaning dishes, I was not sure whether I was looking at a repair or replacement situation. Turns out it was a fairly simple repair, saving me hundreds for the purchase of a new dishwasher. Thanks, Arkadi!

I booked an appointment yesterday and the technician Eric, called me today 30 minutes before coming. He was polite, professional, and wore a mask, and figured out very quickly that my dryer had a problem with the heating element. It took a 10 min to replace a new one, and removed all dust from inside the dryer, and it works now. He did really great job!
I'd highly recommend this company for appliance repairs!

Arkady is a true professional, he's efficient and respectful. He's arrived when we asked, quickly identified the problem and fixed it. On the way he's fixed another issue without charging us. It doesn't get better than that. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend Arkady .

Eric was the first company to respond to my request. He offered his service and came as soon as he was available. It was not an emergency. He was timely and call me before to let me know when to expect him. He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. He was very pleasant to deal with and I am very happy with his work.
