We were very impressed with the prompt response by this company. It was helpful to be presented with two choices for repair options . Eric was very professional, knowledgeable and skilled in solving the problem. Three visits were made during which the repair was completed to our satisfaction. We needed urgent installation for a new dishwasher that came without power or water supply etc. Eric was very respectful, mindful of Covid restrictions, great at troubleshooting our constraints in the kitchen. Highly recommend him.

The bake element in the oven of my very old stove (see picture) burned out. Arkadi found and ordered a new element, installed it, found a burnt-out fuse as well, and now the oven works.

Repairman arrived as per arranged time. Troubleshot issue and explained things as he went. The issue was fixed in a timely manner. Great service

Excellent top notch service. My call was answered on the first try; I called on a Saturday around 11am about our dryer that had no heat, and our washing machine that travelled on spin cycle.
Later the same day around 4pm, Eric arrived and quickly diagnosed the issues pertaining to both machines. We went ahead with the dryer repair - and he had the part in his truck. He discussed our washing machine with honesty (ie not worth the price of repair). He wore boot covers, a mask, and was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Eric responded to my enquiry within minutes of contacting him and we had a same-day appointment arranged shortly after that. Outstanding!
