Arkadi at Best Appliance Repair provides timely and effective repairs. He was very pleasant to work with. He provides an estimate before completing the work and also have me great advice on when repairs were not necessary. I would strongly recommend his services and will call him again if the need arises.

I used Home Stars in the hopes that I'd find an honest and good appliance repair technician.

Three different companies responded to my request however the only company that actually answered my question was Best Appliance Repairs so I chose them. Eric was quick, direct and even sent me pictures of the fix.

Going forward I'll be using Eric and recommending him to family and friends for any appliance repairs.

Eric was amazing! Very patient, explains the process, goes above and beyond. For my dishwasher install he came across an issue and resolved. Similar to my fridge waterline - he knew exactly what to fix. While the fridge was under warranty the previous repair personnel could figure out the problem. I would highly recommend Eric.

Terrific service at a very competitive price. Eric really seems to know his stuff. Diagnosed our fridge problem in minutes and implemented a solution even tho parts for our 22 year old relic weren't available. I could not be more pleased.

Our dryer was making a squeaking sound. Eric seemed to know right away what the problem was. He quoted a fair price and showed up later that day. He was friendly and was able to fix the problem. Eric did an excellent job repairing our KitchenAid refrigerator. The fridge needed a new lightbulb (one has to know the trick for getting the cap off to replace the bulb) and the freezer required a new gasket to stop ice from forming inside. He came with the required parts, and kept the work area clean. The fee for his labour was very competitive and he did not mark up the price for parts. A detailed invoice was provided at the end. I highly recommend Eric for all appliance repairs. He is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and good at his job.

We had ice build up behind our Frigidaire fridge and under the ice bucket which froze the water line and were unable to get water. I called Eric and he new exactly what the issue was, how to repair it and the the cost. Eric gave us a quote and came on time. He was professional and fixed the problem in no time.
