The price he quoted is exactly what he charged despite the fact that work took longer than anticipated. Moreover there was no pressure to buy the more secure lock. This was an emergency service I needed. Other companies told me that there was an additional cost for emergency service. At that point you feel you are at the mercy of the vendor and feel vulnerable. Sam is the only one I called that did not increase the rate or charge me additional for the service. Integrity and honesty mean a lot. For this reason I highly recommend this company.
