We had a leak from a faulty valve leading to the garden water supply in the ceiling in the basement.
The valve was in an awkward spot which could not be accessed easily to repair it. That meant that the opening to access the valve had to be widened. We were very pleased with the perfect diagnosis and tidy work and most importantly, the pleasant personality.
