We hired Eternity Engineering for structural engineering services for our rear addition and deck, after a bad experience with another structural engineer. Joel and the team were extremely professional and easy to work with. Joel came to site and was able to get a good sense of existing beam locations using specialized equipment. He took the time to describe existing conditions and recommend solution options. We were looking for an open concept solution with no exposed posts and flush beams. Eternity delivered! Further, I'm convinced Joel's creative solution is lower cost than the one proposed by the other structural engineer. We're very happy we went with Eternity Engineering.

We were second time home buyers with only limited knowledge on what to look for structurally when buying a home. Joel's expertise, honesty and willingness to go above and beyond and explain IN DETAIL issues prior to our purchase really helped us in our decision. This gave us the knowledge to help negotiate our purchase, make decisions on what and how to renovate (when we are ready) as well as what look for during our home inspection (just in case the home inspector missed something). We have recommended Eternity Engineering to our close friends because with a large financial purchase such as this, you need someone who is honest, and willing to give you great service

Joel was an absolute pleasure to work with during our basement Reno project. He took our drawings and really helped explain what the entire process would look like. He was able to listen to our goal and vision of the basement and asked us the tough questions so that our expectations and budget were both aligned and realistic.
