This morning two guys showed up at our home said they they are from Custom Edge Carpentry contracted for the home builder came to complete the unfinished steps and the railings for the existing deck at the back
after a hour or so they have gone I noticed the railings of the stairs were not completed as they were not connected to the main posts when touch railings are shaking not safe and hazardous I phoned Custom Edge Carpentry many times but no one answered my call. I wonder why these people don't do the job properly and not follow the industry standards? This deck value over $8000 as per the builder's rep.

Andrew's service last summer was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, punctual, patient, informative and he did an excellent job on our project. We initially contacted him because we needed some structural support for the sinking pillar that was compromising the integrity of the roof support over the front porch. He took the time to meet with us and discuss the issue, and was very personable and informative.
After getting a quote from him, we decided to expand the project. Over the course of a couple of months, we changed our minds several times about what we wanted done, and he continued to patiently adjust his quotes as needed and discuss each idea thoroughly. His patience and ongoing commitment to provide exceptional service was very much appreciated!
When we finally concluded what we wanted to have done, Andrew and his team were able to complete the project for us in a very timely manner. We absolutely love our brand new front deck! The handrails, stairs, and skirting all look fantastic, and they fixed the pillar support and levelled out the roof too. Their attention to detail was impressive. All around, a very solid job done. We are very pleased and have already asked Custom Edge Carpentry to help us with our backyard project this summer.
I HIGHLY recommend this company and look forward to working with them to complete our carpentry needs in the near future. Thanks to Andrew and his outstanding team for their impeccable service and expertise!

Andrew was the best person to deal with. He gave the best advice that helped us decide on the best style of fence and pergola to build. His enthusiasm for the project was amazing. When he started the project he completed it in a timely fashion and the workmanship was impeccable. I would not hire anyone but Andrew and Custom Edge Carpentry for any other projects I have. We will enjoy our yard for many years.
