Recently renovated our three bathrooms and the work and final results exceeded our expectations. The quality and attention to detail was excellent. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor then this is your company. We’ve had too many disappointing responses from other contractors refusing to take on work that is not worth their time. Patasan really listened and made our projects work for our budget.

My partner and I recently bought our first home in downtown Toronto, an outdated but beautiful semi-detach. Raul and his team, Dillon and Amir came in and saw the same thing we did, opportunity. The team worked hard to transform our outdated property into a modern and eclectic statement. They built two new washrooms (incl. an ensuite with heated flooring), tore down a wall to build a bigger master bedroom, updated the kitchen backsplash, refinished flooring and installed new floor/tile throughout the home, painted the entire place, updated the staircase, built a new closet and shelving, installed pot lights, and a bunch of touch ups along the way. The project was professionally done with care and stayed within budget throughout. Additionally, Raul was incredibly communicative and provided status updates to help us understand the various moving pieces, especially when there were hiccups that caused timeline delays. Having a contracting team you can trust is worth its weight in gold. Moreover, having a team that can also offer design ideas (especially when you’re a new home owner…) is incredibly helpful and appreciated.

We would absolutely recommend Raul, Dillon, and Amir, and have already done so to multiple friends and family.

Patasan Homes completed our new flooring, baseboards and kitchen, along with a few other touch ups around the new property we purchased. The work was professionally done, reasonably priced and most importantly executed on time.

The team from Patasan did an amazing job for our main floor project which included replacing the floors, tearing down a wall between our kitchen/living room and renovating our powder room.

They were in constant communication with us during the process which we appreciated. They informed us of anything that would affect cost or scope and always asked us to check the progress as things were completed to see if we were happy. The quality of work was also top notch and they made sure everything was done right.

One of the things that sets them apart is the accuracy of the quotes we received. This was the only renovation project we've experienced where we didn't feel surprised with the cost at completion. We believe it's a result of the level of communication mentioned earlier. We were updated at each step plus all the times we decided to make changes to the initial plan. Any issues that came up were brought to our attention immediately and we were informed of our options and associated costs. This made us feel comfortable from start to finish.

We are extremely satisfied with the results and we would recommend them to anyone planning a renovation project.

Patasan Homes did a fantastic job of handling the renovation of our dining room. Specifically, the tare down and rebuild of our custom fireplace. The attention to detail during the design and build process was excellent. Raul ensured that we were kept informed throughout the entire process and completed the job within the expected time frame.

I LOVE my closets!

It was difficult to find a company to complete this job - for Handymen, the required carpentry was too complex AND for framing companies, the job was too small to pique their interest. I was excited that Patasan Homes was not only willing to to do the work, they were able to start the following week and completed the project within four days.

Dillon was very thoughtful and courteous (asking if the baby was sleeping before noisy machinery was turned on), he wore a mask the whole time, and was super easy to communicate with.

We ran into an issue with the existing frames. Raul provided three alternatives to rectify the issue immediately, it was solved, and I'm even happier with the outcome than the original plan.

I am very pleased with the work - take a look at the pictures (I've included pics of one closet). Dillon even did a small caulking job that wasn't included in the original scope. I had to do a bit of cleaning and a bit of touch-up paint on the trim but, for the quality of work, price, and timing, I didnt mind one bit.

So happy we have asked Patason Homes to quote on our next job.

I had my bathroom and closet renovated by Patasan Homes this past fall, and was extremely impressed with both the quality, and attention to detail of the work that was done. My closet in particular, which was a custom job, is now much more functional and useable!
