I was very impressed and satisfied with PATASAN HOMES professionalism, politeness and customer service. I will definitely reach out to them again for any further home restoration or renovation needs.

I came to Patasan Homes to build a new outdoor kitchen for my backyard. While I already had a nice covered structure, I needed countertops, cabinets, a sink, a range hood, and more. The project was a bit tricky because the space wasn't a typical kitchen layout, and I also had two heavy smokers to consider, along with a generally unusual shape. Despite these challenges, the team did an amazing job. I love the result and truly enjoy cooking in my new outdoor space!

Raul was by far the most professional bidder on our project - we anticipated that his advice would be sound, his planning realistic and the execution as near perfect as construction jobs can be. We were not disappointed! He started when he said they would and the most significant delays were a direct result of us straying from the trades people he sourced (HVAC). His team was tremendously courteous- important for us because we lived in the house throughout the project. Shout out to Ricky and Dillon who were always courteous, cleaned up daily and were always ready to share their trade craft with a curious home owner. Ricky even noticed that our mailbox needed adjustment and with our permission rehung it. Nice touch. When the inevitable delays did occur, Raul was super communicative and understanding. Weve referred Patasan on to close friends already, thats how confident we are in their work.

We contracted Patasan Homes to complete our home renovation project in the summer of 2022. In this project we renovated our entire kitchen, 3 bathrooms, painted our entire first floor, relocated a closet and changed our main entrance flooring. After consulting various General Contractors and assessing what each company had to offer, we settled on Patasan homes due to Raul's expertise, the recommendations of previous clients, the thoroughness of his estimate, his fair pricing, the prompt service he was able to provide, the ease of communication, and overall the peace of mind that we had from our first encounter with him.

This was our first experience with home renovations so, naturally, we had many questions, we took time in making decisions, and we changed plans numerous times. Throughout this process we felt well supported by Raul who was very patient with us and took his time in explaining the work every step of the way, he answered our many questions, guided us in making informed decisions, provided design and practical tips based on his experience, and so much more. We truly had a fantastic experience with Raul and his team, from the beginning to the completion of our project.

Throughout the entire process, Raul's focus was to satisfy us, his clients, and he certainly went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the work and services being delivered. Whenever we encountered any issues or we decided to make any changes, Raul was very flexible and adapted to fulfill our requests. At the end, we were blown away by the quality of the work completed and how Raul respected the timeline that we set (with only minor setbacks, which were often out of his control due to issues with third party suppliers, etc.). As expected, the project did go over the budget we had originally set; however, we were ok paying a little more for the fantastic quality that we received, knowing that every penny was well spent and that the work truly exceeded our expectations.

Overall, we are very happy with Patasan Homes' work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to hire a professional, honest and reliable company for any renovation project. We recently moved into a new home and were looking for a reliable contractor to help remodel two washrooms original to the house. With ongoing COVID restrictions, we prioritized hiring someone that would not only deliver what we were looking for, but also do it in a safe manner and source all needed finishes and materials. Rauls crew did a wonderful job with our main floor renovation. We took down 4 walls and made our main floor open concept. From the first appointment, Raul was very detailed and patient in explaining the process. He was able to quickly bring in an engineer to see what was required for structural supports when removing the walls. His crew was very polite and respectful while working. Each step of the way, Ricky and Dillon explained things in detail as the work progressed. They understood that I am a visual person, so often they would lay out material or draw things down so I can have an understanding of how it would look. They were quick to adapt and make changes to reach our satisfaction. I really loved that Raul responded to my messages via text or call quickly. He was very involved in the entire process and supportive of my many questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Raul!

From concept to completion, we experienced true customer care from Raul (Patasan Homes) as they took our dingy old outdated master bathroom to incredible luxury. Stellar communication, detailed workmanship, flexibility & always willing to work with our ideas. His crew continuously worked & finished the reno project over & above what was promised.. Raul has a wonderful work ethic that permeated throughout all aspects of the reno job. They do not cut corners & can handle any curveball that is found during reno work.
