Shandyman Contracting framed my basement after it had been excavated. This also included sistering all the joists in the ceiling and installing a new stairway from the ground floor to the basement. Structural work was done to facilitate the new stairways resulting in a new floor and walls for a section of the store above. This is an old occupied building and the work crew were careful.
Shandyman's crew followed the structural engineer's drawings according to plan and the City Inspector was satisfied with the work performed. The crew was excellent at working with the ground floor store owner as some of the construction work was necessary but inconvenient.
