We have had our solar installed by Polaron for just over a year and the savings so far have been better than expected. The installation process was exactly as was stated in the contract and was completed on time. I highly recommend this company. Attached is a copy of our latest bill showing the savings.

Polaron was one of the first companies I reached out to.
They provided a very nice proposal with lots of valid and helpful information.
The install was OK, but there was a language barrier with the installers and I couldn't ask them questions.
I would have liked my panels slightly higher on my roof.
Panels look good, I like the all black.

Great crew only took a few months to go from estimate to install. They give lots of help to do all the paper work .Thanks

I recommend them cause they were cheap. Well you get what you pay for. Ive been waiting a year for my panels to be installed. They finally showed up 2 weeks ago but brought the wrong hardware. Told me they would come back when the weather is nice. I said well its November so see you in the spring? He laughed and said no it will be done this year. Today I received a email saying just that that they would wait till next year to do the install. Ive been waiting for them to install so I can have my post energy audit done for the solar and my heat pump. They lack of regard for doing a job in a timely manner is very apparent. They are prompt with useless replys that give no idea when the install will happen. I asked for a phone call because this is horrible and they wont even do that. Choose wisely who you have do your install. Sometimes you really do get what you paid for. But maybe Im wrong. Maybe its supposed to take a couple years for panels to be installed. I mean no other companies take that long but they sure dont mind. Always great to get the run around for work to get done.

Great service! Very efficient on installation! Very happy with the process from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

WARNING This is not a 'normal' review from a client....
But how Polaron dealt with me after the fact that I could not proceed with the project was clearly OUTSTANDING. I went through the process of signing up with Polaron via a Home Depot location. After paying $682 for site inspection and reports, I was told that I would have to do several extra modifications which would add to my cost. I was advised that I could cancel the contract and get a refund on the money I already paid. This was promptly done and Nathaniel at Polaron was terrific in dealing with. I am honestly amazed what an ethical honest and reputable Solar Company Polaron is. When I get my roof replaced I will definitely deal with Polaron at that time.

Polaron did a fantastic job of the install of solar panels on our home.
We had the job done and have been saving right away and we love our panels. The company was professional and knew what they were doing, helped us with the financing end of it and also put us in touch with all areas to get our grant money from the government.
Their install was professional looks good and it is fantastic to get people asking me where I got my panels.
Weve been saving money this summer and we look forward to the continued income from our panels and we also raised our house value by putting them in.
